PALCES
This rule applies to Izushi kimono rental.
COMPLETION OF BOOKING
After you book oline, we will send you confirmation e-mail to complete the process.
PAYMENT
We will lend a kimono in excahnge for cash.
DURATION
You can rent a kimono for three hours in principle.
RETURNS
You need to return your rental by 4 pm.
CANCELLATION CHARGE
You have to call us to cancel by 5 p.m. of the day before the rental day.
If you cannot cancel your order on time, you will be charged 100% of rental fee.
CHARGE FOR CLEANING OR MENDING
If you get your rental dirty or ruined, you may be charged for cleaning or mending in some cases.
CHARGE FOR DAMAGE
If the item cannot be recovered in spite of repair, you must takeover the item at the price we calculate as residual value.
CHARGE FOR LOSING
If you have lost your rental, you will be charged 50,000 yen at a maximum.
